Key Responsibilities

  • contract management, tender and procurement

Requirements

  • 10 years minimum verifiable experience in road construction or civil work, contract management, tender and procurement
  • Degree in Civil Engineering; valid ERB registration and practising certificate
  • Valid Class B driver’s license
  • Skilled and experienced Road Surfacing Foreman; 5+ years’ experience required
  • 5 years minimum verifiable experience in road construction and maintenance works, including chip and spray surfacing works and asphalt surfacing works
  • 5 years minimum verifiable experience; controlling/operating machinery that spreads asphalt
  • Clean driver’s licence and equipment operator license
  • 5 years minimum verifiable experience operating and maintaining slurry seal equipment, slurry trucks and spreader boxes
  • 5 years minimum verifiable experience operating chip box or aggregate spreader
  • Clean heavy duty driver’s licence
  • Minimum 3 years in the same position
  • Certification from Madirelo Training & Testing Centre
  • Valid C1 and C drivers’ licences or equivalent
