Company profile.

COP certified for Directors and Admin Officers (Long term).

2 years’ experience operating as a Broker and traceable performance.

Must be fully CIPA registered and tax compliant.

At least two referees.

Diploma in any business-related field for Directors and Admin Officers.

Solid knowledge of micro-lending.

Practices.

Service excellence oriented.

Honesty and transparency in all customer interactions.

A strong ethical compass, always putting the client’s best interests first.

Integrity in handling confidential information and financial matters.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Goal-oriented mindset with a high level of self-motivation.
