  • Civil Engineer Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (B.Eng. or BSc) in Civil Engineering.

Valid Engineering Registration Board (ERB) Practicing Certificate.

At least 8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and construction projects.

Sound knowledge of engineering design, project supervision, contract administration, and quality assurance.

  • Senior Technician Minimum Requirements

Qualified individuals must possess a valid Certificate in construction.

Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in the construction industry.

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and interpretation of technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving and supervisory skills will be an added advantage.

  • Project Manager Minimum Requirements

Valid ERB Practicing Certificate.

At least 10 years of experience in construction project management or project coordination.

  • Site Foreman Minimum Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Foreman with 5-10 years in the construction industry.
